The Beginnings of Charley Boss
Starting as a cabinetmaker in high school and continuing on through college, Charley Boss solidified his commitment to design, which led him to start his own cabinetry, furniture, and millwork business. In the spirit of a true entrepreneur, his expansion led to tile and stone design services as well as to performing installations, exterior treatments, and drywall design details. Eventually, Charley was running crews on large-scale construction projects and designing the amenities for condo units, restaurants, hotels, private residences, and office spaces.
A Love of Art
Working with owners, architects, and artists for a more practical redesign of use, CL Boss Design is able to combine beauty and functionability to create first-class designs worthy of the front cover of an architectural magazine. Charley's love of Art Deco designs, antiques, and art has fueled a passion to find unique pieces that will complete any project. Keeping with the mindset that the sky is not the limit, Charley began purchasing homes built in the 1900s and restoring them to their original structural integrity and beauty.
